For a veteran’s name to be eligible to be placed on the wall, he/she must have served a minimum of 90 days active service and received an honorable discharge, live here or have relatives living here. A copy of the discharge, a complete application, and a fee of $35 per name is required to place a name on the wall.

Kirbyville Magnolia Festival Committee hosts the annual spring festival on the 3rd week of April.
The festival runs from Wednesday through Saturday
Carnival hours and arm band times
Festival goers can also purchase arm bands for the carnival in advance for $20 and can be used for one session. The sessions are:

Thursday from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Friday from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm
From 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Magnolia Parade
The parade will be on Saturday starting at 10:00 am. The parade will start at the stop light at Main Street and travel down US Hwy 96 and turn at Stadium Street at the high school.

Also, check out the Magnolia Festival Special Edition in the East Texas Banner. The special insert will have a full list of entertainers, list and map of vendors, and other festival information printed the week of the festival.
The Kirbyville Magnolia Festival Committee Annual 4th of July Celebration at the Kirbyville Magnolia Park the first week of July, date to be announced.
The event is usually held from 6:00 – 9:00 pm, with a huge fireworks display closing out the evening.
All funds from this event goes to the Santa’s Toy Box that gives Christmas gifts to needy families in the Kirbyville area
The Annual event is held in the fall and consists of a Classic Car Show, Dam Poker Run, and Jeep Event that has a mud pitt, obstacle course, and flex ramp.
The Fall Festival will be held the 3rd Saturday in October from 5 o’clock to 8:00 PM on Main Street. School, church, and civic organizations are specially invited to set up a free booth. It is a way for the organizations to raise money and to help have a family event for the community.
The Heritage Society will have the food booths at the Palace Theater with gumbo, nachos, and cold drinks. The Women’s Civic Club will sell pies and cakes.
The fire department will provide firetruck rides, and the Magnolia Festival Committee will have a train ride.

The KACC Halloween Carnival is held every year on October 31 at the parking lot of Magnolia Park.
There is no charge to have a spot. We ask that everyone who wishes to participate fill out this registration form so that we can make a parking/event map. We must do this so that the first responders will have the ability to leave in case of an emergency. Each spot will be the size of a parking space. You can either bring a vehicle for a trunk or treat, or a table or tent. Feel free to get creative. The deadline to sign up for a spot is October 23, 2022. Sponsorship options are available. Contact the KACC for more information.
Set up will begin at 3 pm. Games, trunks, and booths must be ready to go by 3:45. A map will be posted one week prior to the event. Please make sure to set up in your designated spot.
KCISD Homecoming
The week of homecoming has special dress up days for each day and usually each campus are different.
Bon Fire is usually held on Thursday in the field across from Magnolia Park. Band, cheerleaders, and football start the event under the pavilion and then walk over to the bon fire in the field
Parade is on Friday. School will release early and the parade starts at 2 or 3. Line up starts an hour before the start of the parade and will line up down Kaysee Ave, just before the railroad tracks on Main Street. Parade Route will proceed West down Main Street, turn South on Elizabeth street, West on Stadium Street, ending at the High School.
Homecoming court will gather for photos in the cafeteria and then walk across the field at 7 pm before the football game.

The Annual Christmas in the Park is held the Saturday after Thanksgiving at Magnolia Park. Santa will kick off the festival at 10 AM. There will be food and craft booths, train ride, photos with Santa, games, and entertainment at the Pavilion.

The Annual Kirbyville Lighted Christmas Parade is held in December. The parade follows the homecoming parade route. Parade floats line up begins at 5:15 pm, down N. Kaysee Ave

The Annual Kirbyville New Year's Eve Firework Show is held on December 31st in the field across from Magnolia Park.

The Kirbyville Community House is a 2500 square foot building with restrooms and a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, sink and plenty of outlets to plug in crock pots, roasters, etc. There are tables & chairs to accommodate your guests.
Outside there is plenty of parking in the back or room for an outside party.
We can rent for showers, birthday parties, anniversaries, reunions and weddings.
Rental for $200 for all day 6am to 1am. Deposit is $150 to save the date. To decorate the day before a wedding is $50 and to clean up the day after a wedding is $50, if those days are needed.

Magnolia Park has a large, covered pavilion that has a stage and several pick nick tables. Bathrooms are located behind the pavilion and are not available unless the pavilion is rented. Trash cans are located around the pavilion.
Magnolia Park also has playground. The area is fenced in and has a covered pick nick area.
Rent for the pavilion or playground is $75. Bathrooms are an additional $25. Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Magnolia Festival organization needs a 72-hour notice of the date that you need the restrooms to be opened. Restrooms will be closed at 11pm daily. You will need to supply the toilet tissue, paper towels and hand soap. A $25 fee will be charged for the use of the restrooms. A deposit of $100 is required to rent the restrooms. If no damage has been done, this check will be refunded. 2 checks are needed to rent the restrooms. Checks are to be made out to the Magnolia Festival (1) for $100 and (1) for $25. Brown's Berry Barn is a 30 x 30 air-conditioned barn, under a large oak tree, on the edge of our 1100 bush Blueberry Farm.
Inside.....The Barn has a restroom, refrigerator/freezer, kitchenette area with microwave, coffee Pot, large sink, and plenty of outlets to plug in crock pots, roasters, etc. We have tables & chairs to accommodate up to 50 people. The Barn is neutrally decorated to fit any colors or themes.
Outside.....Under the shade of the oak tree, we have porch seating, a small playground/swing area, and 3 picnic tables.
We rent out the Berry Barn for showers, birthday parties, anniversaries, reunions, etc.
Rental is $250 for 4-5 hours (set up, party, clean up). $100 deposit required to save your date.
We also rent out the Berry Barn for small weddings. Which includes our Airbnb, "The Shack", for the bride & her ladies to hang out/get dressed on the day of the wedding.
Rental is $1250. For Berry Barn 2 days (set up, decorate, wedding, clean up) & "The Shack" the day of the wedding. $300 deposit required to save your date.
